Safety Recalls

At Infantino, we aim to provide you with great product and customer service. We care about you and your experience with our products.

Please review the following information affecting the Infantino Grabby Lamb® Rattle and Grabby Lion® Rattle.

  • The plastic tail can become detached. If this occurs, a baby could swallow the tail and choke.
  • The recalled rattle has a label on the foot marked "Infantino" and was sold from May 2007 to September 2008.
  • The recalled toy can be identified by locating the following Model Numbers: 150-3104 & 158-270 UPC 773554031041 & UPC 773554582703
  • Production with batch codes: "0508" and "0108" are NOT affected by this recall. (Date codes can be found on back of head.)
  • If you have the affected rattle, please continue with the recall process to receive a free replacement toy and free shipping instructions.
